How does Let & Rent work?
Let & Rent is a comprehensive property management platform that helps landlords and property managers automate rent collection, track maintenance requests, and manage tenant communications. Simply sign up, add your properties and units, and start managing everything from one central dashboard.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major mobile money providers in East Africa (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money) as well as bank transfers. Payments are automatically reconciled and reflected in your dashboard.

Pricing & Plans

How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on the number of units you manage and the level of automation you need. We offer three main plans: Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. Each plan includes different features and capabilities.
What's included in the smart automation features?
Smart automation features include IoT device integration, automated access control, utility monitoring, and security systems. These are available as add-ons to our Professional and Enterprise plans.

Technical Questions

Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted, and we follow industry best practices for data protection. We also comply with local data protection regulations.
Do you provide API access?
API access is available for Enterprise plan customers. This allows for custom integrations with your existing systems and workflows.
